Leaving Cowana Gaming.
It's with a really heavy heart that I announce I am leaving Cowana.
Over the past few months, the boys on Cowana truly displayed a fantastic amount of progress and I'm immensely proud of how far they've come. I can also see how far they will continue to go and I hope they can see this also.
I've got nothing but love for the boys, but I think that I need a fresh start as a coach and an opportunity to refresh my philosophy on the role. It's been a fantastic learning experience for me and has given me a tonne of experience in situations I hadn't otherwise encountered in my previous coaching positions, and I will always remain thankful for them for giving me the opportunity. Also thanks to Cowana Gaming (the org) who have been a truly fantastic org to work with, really exceeding my expectations and showing me how good esports orgs can be when they really care about their players.
I'd also like to give a special shout out to imp for being everything someone could wish for in their support staff counterpart, he does amazing work and will go far in this world.
It's been a turbulent 6 months but I'm a firm believer in the idea that there's no rest for the wicked. Announcement coming soon.
