Update!

So first of all, I want to thank you all for the overwhelmingly supportive comments I've seen you guys post. It's beyond humbling... I have an update for you guys, I can imagine you've anxiously been waiting for..

Firstly - My baby has pneumonia and is now on medication for the next 3 weeks to try and fight this, it's quite nasty, so I'm praying this works..

Secondly - He has a huge amount of white blood cells in result to a quite awful viral infection, this on top of pneumonia on a 5 month old is hard enough...

Thirdly - We found out he has a condition called Tracheomalacia, which in result to this, my baby will need surgery to rectify this.. I'm scared, I'm worried, but I'm prepared to face whatever needs to make him right again.

Lastly - My baby tested NEGATIVE to "COVID-19", This was my most feared result... Anxiously waiting for 36 hours, without been at the side of my child, or my partner fearing our child could have this awful virus had my head in all kinds of places. My poor 5 month old, locked in a room with my partner, no contact with anyone else, apart from people in suits whenever they needed assistance. I've been told it was horrifying. I'm very very thankful we got this result.

In terms of the post, believe me when I say this, please... ANYONE IS VUNERABLE, the media will tell you what you want to hear, so you don't fear about the younger generation but believe me, do what you can to prevent this getting to your children, babies, family etc. The ward they have been on, has POSITIVE cases in children. I need you all to understand the severity of this virus.

My baby was rushed to hospital with suspected coronavirus, showing all the symptoms to believe he had it.. he was taken by people in suits, taken to a room with his mum and locked in a room. This is a VERY REAL illness.

I want to take time to thank each and every person, who commented, shared, liked and showed there support towards me, my family and baby. At the hardest time, you gave me hope, strength and belief when I needed it the most. I can not thank you enough, its truly humbling.

Thank you all, I will share with you the moment I get him. Thank you. <3
