Durante una recente indagine, gli ufficiali di torneo del PG Nationals hanno appreso che il giocatore dei YDN Lauri "Endz" Tarkus ha scommesso su partite professionali di League of Legends (es. LEC, LCK) negli scorsi 12 mesi. Dopo un'ulteriore ricerca e discussione a livello globale il giocatore è stato sospeso per due settimane dal circuito competitivo.

CONTESTO:
Dopo l'ultima settimana della stagione regolare di PG Nationals, gli ufficiali di torneo hanno ricevuto segnalazioni da alcune squadre della competizione circa il comportamento dei YDN negli ultimi tre match.
PG Esports insieme a Riot Games ha condotto una indagine per chiarire tale comportamento e ha concluso che non c'erano elementi per identificare una violazione del regolamento.
Dalle conversazioni condotte durante l'indagine, abbiamo appreso che uno dei giocatori, Lauri "Endz" Tarkus, ha scommesso su partite professionali di League of Legends (es. LEC, LCK) durante gli ultimi 12 mesi, mentre giocava in modo competitivo nel circuito ERL.
Scommettere su partite di League of Legends mentre si è parte dell'ecosistema non è consentito dal regolamento delle ERL e del PG Nationals, ed è punito severamente.
Dopo ulteriori indagini e discussioni a livello globale, valutando casi passati e simili, abbiamo agito emettendo la sanzione.

RULING:
Lauri "Endz" Tarkus ha violato la regola 5.2.15 del regolamento del campionato ed è stato sospeso per due settimane dal circuito competitivo di League of Legends.

TL;DR:
During a recent investigation, PG Nationals officials have become aware that YDN player Lauri "Endz" Tarkus has placed bets on professional League of Legends matches in the last 12 months. After further investigation and discussion on a global level, the player has been suspended for two weeks from competitive play.

CONTEXT:
After last week of PG Nationals' regular season, league officials have received notifications from league's teams concerning YDN's behavior in the last three matches.
PG Esports together with Riot Games have conducted an investigation to clarify such behavior and concluded that there were no elements to identify a violation of rules.
From the interviews conducted during the investigation, we found out that one of the players, Lauri "Endz" Tarkus, has placed bets on professional League of Legends matches (e.g. LEC, LCK) during the last 12 months, while he was competing in the ERL circuit.
Betting on League matches while being part of the ecosystem is not allowed by the ERL and PG Nationals ruleset, and is punished severely.
After further investigation and discussion on a global level, evaluating case histories and similar cases, we proceeded issuing the penalty.

RULING:
Lauri "Endz" Tarkus violated rule 5.2.15 of the league Rulebook and has been suspended from playing competitive League of Legends for two weeks.
