The past and the future
Je vais commencer depuis le début.
Créer une équipe à partir de zéro a été un vrai test pour nous durant 2018. NBK et moi avons eu l'idée de le faire surtout avec un talent comme ZywOo avec nous.
Ce n'était pas une tâche facile avec tous les qualifications que nous avons dû faire.
Nous avons rapidement réalisé qu'ALEX avait une bonne vue du T side, on a donc décidé de lui confier ce rôle (nous avions donc 2 leaders).
ALEX et XTQZZZ sont les deux principales raisons pour lesquelles nous nous sommes si bien développés et aussi pourquoi nous avons eu une si bonne constance tout au long de 2019 avec environ 10 playoffs d'affilée.
Après avoir commencé à voir les choses différemment avec NBK, nous avons dû nous séparés et ce moment n’a été pas facile à vivre. Nathan est un joueur avec qui j’ai joué pendant 4 ans et nous avons eu beaucoup de bons moments ensemble.
À ce moment-là, nous avons décidé de choisir Shox au lieu de Nathan. ALEX est devenu le capitaine et les choses ont commencé à mal se passer parce que nous avons dû faire beaucoup de tournois d'affilée auxquels nous devions impérativement participer.
Tout le monde commençait à être mentalement fatigué de ne pas pouvoir montrer ce que nous étions capables de faire.
Après notre défaite en EPL nous avons eu le temps de nous préparer pour EPICENTER, ça a payé, nous avons gagné.
ALEX a perdu un peu de motivation pour continuer à jouer au plus haut niveau et nous l'avons ressenti. Ce n'était pas facile à gérer à la fin parce que tout commençait à s’effondrer.
Je tiens à remercier ALEX pour l’année que nous avons passé ensemble, je le connais depuis longtemps mais nous n'avons jamais eu la chance de jouer ensemble, et je suis heureux de l'avoir fait.
Maintenant, nous devons tout reconstruire, ça va être un long chemin pour nous de revenir au niveau où nous étions en 2019 mais je connais tous les joueurs avec qui je joue, et
nous sommes tous motivés à tout donner pour revenir au top. Avoir du sang neuf est quelque chose de génial pour la scène française et je pense que Misutaa mérite sa place,
on va essayer de le mettre dans les meilleures conditions pour performer et ne pas l'utiliser de la mauvaise façon comme nous l'avons fait par le passé pour certains joueurs.
Sur une note personnelle, ce n'était pas facile de tout gérer car j'ai fait de mon mieux pour essayer de garder les équipes ensemble, mais j'ai échoué.
Les 6 derniers mois ont été terribles, je n'ai pas pu trouver ma place et j'étais en dessous de mon niveau. Donc le grand défi pour moi est de retrouver ça et je suis prêt à tout donner pour.
Je me sens prêt à être le capitaine de cette équipe. Ça a toujours été quelque part dans ma tête mais je ne me sentais pas a la hauteur pour ça.
Comme la plupart d'entre vous le savent, j’avais des problèmes émotionnels pendant les matchs.
Maintenant nous travaillons avec un coach mental, je me sens beaucoup mieux et j’ai beaucoup appris sur moi même.
Je crois que notre équipe peut revenir au plus haut niveau.
Je veux remercier tous ceux qui croient en nous et n'ont jamais cessé, votre soutien est l'une des choses des plus importantes <3.
Maintenant, il est temps de travailler !

I'll start from the beginning
Creating a team from scratch was a real challenge for us in the middle of 2018. Both NBK and me had the idead of doing it, mainly with a talent like ZywOo.
It wasnt an easy task with all the qualifiers we had to go through.
We quickly realised that ALEX had a good view on the matter of the attack so it's been decided to give him that role. (so had that point we had 2 leaders)
Both ALEX and XTQZZZ are the big reasons of why we developped that well and why we had such a good consistency through 2019 with around 10 playoffs apparences in a row.
After some time, we started to see things differently with NBK and we had to part away and that moment wasn’t easy to live.
Nathan is a player i've been playing with for 4 years and we had a lof of great moments together.
At that point we decided to pick shox instead of him. ALEX became the captain and things have started to slowly go badly because we had to do too many tournaments in a row that we couldnt skip.
Everyone was slowly getting mentaly tired of not being able to show what we were capable of.
After our loss in EPL we had time to prepare for EPICENTER. It paid up: we won.
ALEX lost some motivation to continue playing at the highest level and we felt it. It wasnt easy to handle it at the end because everything was falling appart.
I wanna thanks ALEX for the last year we've been together, i knew him for a long time but we never had the chance to play together, and i'm happy we've done it.
Now we have to rebuild everything in the team, it's gonna be a long road for us to comeback at the level we were in 2019 but i know all the players i'm playing with, and
we are all motivated to give everything to comeback at the really top. Having new blood is something great for the french scene and i think Misutaa deserves his spot,
we gonna try to put him in the best conditions to perform and not using him the wrong way as we did in the past for few other players.
On a personal note it wasnt easy to handle everything because i gave my best to keep all the line ups together but I failed.
The last 6 months have been terrible, i couldnt find my place and i was underperforming. So the big challenge for me is to find that place again and i'm willing to give everything for that.
Thats why i am finally feeling ready to be the Captain of this team. It has always been somewhere in my head but I didnt feel ready for that. As most of you know, I've had emotions issues.
And now we are working with a mental coach, i'm getting way better and i'm feeling much better.
I believe that our team can make it back to the highest level.
