Ready to take the challenge of coaching a new team.

I’m closing one stage of my life, to open a new one.

Throughout the years I had spent in Virtus.pro, I have realised how success tastes and how important in this industry is passion, especially when the team is down. I met the players with different personalities. I saw how each of them reacted on success and how difficult it was to accept defeats.

I will tell you honestly that I wish I could again – despite the inevitable issue of different temperaments in a team – work among people who love this game as much as I do. Putting the ego in your pocket. Trusted. Able to confront. Willing to develop and sacrifice for the team. Adjusting their lives to player’s career, not the other way around.

I spent the last few weeks on analyzing my knowledge I gained during my several years of adventure in esports. As a CS:GO Coach, I’ve learned many mechanisms that facilitate team work. I constantly write these notes in a notebook to put it in order. But I have no intention of closing the acquired knowledge in the room and putting the notebook on a shelf.

I would like to share my experience and I am ready to take the challenge of coaching a new team. Compete in the largest international events and fight for the most important trophies. I want to be back there because I feel the most comfortable in there. So I do not exclude the option of working for an European org or even going overseas. I’m very excited to see what the future holds.

Please send any offers to kuben@emine.pro

Until the start of the new coaching challenge, I will consider any offers from teams on a temporary cooperation basis.
