Update
I have decided against taking on my position at 100 Thieves.
A principle I have always held myself to is that I would give my best shot at anything I do. Despite feeling a strong sense of alignment with the 100T vision and the values they uphold - I ultimately felt that my skill set was incongruous with what the team needed, which conflicts with the expectations I impose upon myself, therefore compelling me to make this decision.
This decision was made purely on my behalf and 100 Thieves have been incredibly accommodating during this process. Though short-lived, this experience has been invaluable to me in broadening my perspective and I cannot thank the team enough for providing me with this opportunity. For those curious, I will be taking a short break to spend some time with my family as a I weight up my future options.
Finally, I'd like to wish 100 Thieves all the best heading into their upcoming season! Especially rooting for my boy Tommy to make a mark on the LCS stage ❤️
