CDL Championships postponed to January
Greetings Classic Dueler's League fans and friends!
We have an important announcement to make regarding the CDL Championships, which were originally scheduled to take place this weekend, December 14th and 15th. Due to a number of different scheduling constraints including holiday conflicts, administrative paperwork, and the arrival of battlegrounds, the CDL Championships will be postponed to early January, 2020. The new schedule for the championships is as follows:
January 6th, 2020 (Monday) - CDL Championships Bracket Draw
January 7th-9th (Tuesday-Thursday) - CDL Qualifier and Regular Season 24/7 Rerun
January 10th (Friday) - CDL Championships Preshow
January 11th (Saturday) - CDL Championships DAY 1
January 12th (Sunday) - CDL Championships DAY 2
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this delay may have caused our fans. The CDL has always been run by and for the World of Warcraft community, and the truth is we really want to do this right by you guys and our competitors.
Therefore, in order to make sure that the CDL Championships lives up to its epic legacy, we will be using this next month to ramp up production and promotion for the event. New scenes, transitions, casting talent, and video content are just a few of the things we're working on right now, with much more to come in the next few weeks!
