Official Announcement about Nonattendance Notice from X1 for V HEARTBEAT
Hello, this is VLIVE.
For the entire year of 2019 we have been preparing for <V HEARTBEAT>,
the first VLIVE AWARDS where stars who have worked hard can celebrate together with fans and make returns for the fans’ avid activities.
The cast for the awards, including X1, have been preparing the show. However, we have been told by CJ ENM that X1 will not participate in the ceremony.
We’ve been told that X1 will not be able to participate in our show today (15th) afternoon which is less than one day away from the awards,
therefore we had no choice but respect their wishes.
We are deeply sorry that we are thrown in a situation where we cannot keep our word to the fans that have yearned V HEARTBEAT for such a long time.
Although X1 will not be able to participate according to the wishes of the artists side, we urge your unchanging interest,
for the other artists at their pinnacle performance have prepared an excellent show. We will also do our best to prepare for an amazing stage.

<Guide for Refund of the Show Ticket>
- Before 7pm(KST) on 16th Nov (Sat), please claim a refund through wemakeprice customer service center with attaching the photo of unusable show ticket that you have, so that we can check that your ticket is not valid anymore for the show.
- Please note that wemakeprice customer CALL CENTER is available until 5pm(KST) on 16th Nov (Sat).
