End of the Luminosity. PT/US
Salve rapaziada,
Eu me juntei a Luminosity no dia 22/04/18 mesmo tendo propostas de muitos times (BRs e gringos) porque eu gostava daqueles jogadores e acreditava no potencial de todos. Eu nunca achei que mudancas sao a solucao e a formula magica para arrumar um time no CS.
Quando voce troca um jogador, pode ganhar firepower mas os problemas de convivencia, rotina etc etc acabam aparecendo depois do periodo de “lua-de-mel”.
Por causa de um passado conturbado e uma pressao absurda do publico e dos proprios jogadores em viverem na sombra de uma grande IMT, eu acredito que criou-se um bloqueio mental de muitas coisas. Nossos treinos eram “ok” mas na hora do jogo acabava-se apresentando um time apatico, calado, com jogadas nao combinadas e tudo meio “on-the-fly” mesmo combinando antes. Acredito que essa pressao combinada com uma pessima conexao de internet que tinhamos, acabou influenciando bastante em alguns resultados que poderiam ser diferentes.
Eu fico feliz que os gemeos acharam lugares melhores para mostrar o jogo, eles querem muito ser os melhores e tem potencial para isso. Eu nao era capaz de ser tutor deles, fui um dia mas com os dois juntos dificilmente eu irei trabalhar novamente entao acredito que tomaram a melhor decisao da carreira em se separar e tenho certeza que serao jogadores muito melhores que foram na LG, esse post tambem eh um agradecimento para eles pelo tempo e um pedido de desculpa caso guardem magoas por eu ter sido duro com eles.
Queria agradecer o boltz,steel e o yel pois foram os IGLs que eu tive a oportunidade de trabalhar mais proximo e todos sempre me trataram com o maximo respeito. Curti muito a experiencia e agradeco demais.. para os 2 primeiros ja somos mais intimos entao fodase vcs seus troxa kkkkkkk
Nekiz, voce foi muito forte. Aguentou toda a pressao que te faziam para ser uma grande estrela e o “substituto” do kNg na line q era quase a immortals e fez bonito na minha opiniao. Sua funcao e seus bombs sao ingratos para kralho e mesmo assim voce se dedicou ate onde conseguiu, foi incrivel ter passado esse tempo com voce guri bah.
Gostaria de agradecer ao skullz e ao felps pelo pouco tempo. Felps ja eh um grande nome no cenario e dispensa comentarios, jogador completo que faz qualquer funcao mas esta passando por um periodo dificil que eu sei que vai superar logo logo.
Skullz, perdemos nossos 2 md3 que jogamos mas voce eh um monstro mlk! Sua mentalidade humilde eh o que falta para a maioria dos jogadores profissionais. Voce ouve, da sua opiniao sem agredir, tem uma mira afiadissima e ainda contribui com ideias diariamente. Voce tem sucesso escrito na sua testa, continue desse jeito.
No mais, eu tentei para kralho, chorei, briguei com a minha mente, briguei com os meus ideais e fui paciente o maximo que consegui entao nao fico triste.
Dentro da LG gostaria de dar importancia ha algumas coisas que conquistamos:

2nd Dreamhack Open Valencia 2018
2nd Dreamhack Open Atlanta 2018

A jornada foi intensa e a ultima mencao honrosa que gostaria de fazer eh para nossa psicologa, Luciana. Se antes eu desconfiava que uma psicologa era importante, hoje eu tenho certeza absoluta que eh necessario para uma estrutura de um time, uma pena termos demorado tanto para te achar. Obrigado por tudo que fez por nos.

Hello guys,
I joined Luminosity on 4/22/18 and even with other offers, I accepted because I liked the players and believed in their potential. I never thought that changes are the solution or magic formula to fix a CS team.
When you change a player, you can gain some firepower but a series of other problems will popup after the honeymoon phase.
Because of a troubled past and an absurd pressure from the public and the players themselves to live in the shadow of a big IMT, I believe that a mental block has been created. Our practice was ok but at the time of the game, we ended up with a dull, quiet team with unmatched plays and all kinds of on-the-fly even though we had agreed before on how we would approach that match. I believe that this pressure combined with a bad internet connection ended up greatly influencing some results that could be different.
I'm glad the twins have found better places to show their game. They want to be the best and have the potential for that. I was not able to be their tutor, I was one day but with the two of them together I will hardly work again so I believe they made the best career decision to break up and I'm sure they will be much better players than were in LG, this post its also a thank you to them for their time and an apology if I was too harsh on them
I wanted to thank Boltz, steel, and yel because it was the IGLs that I had the opportunity to work closest to and everyone always treated me with the utmost respect. I enjoyed the experience and thank you very much .. for the first 2 we are already more intimate then screw you noobs kkkkkkkk

Nekiz, you were very strong. Withstood all the pressure that was being put on you to be a big star and kNg's “replacement” on the team that was almost immortals and made it beautiful in my opinion. Your function and bombs are ungrateful to kralho and yet you dedicated yourself to where you got it, it was amazing to have spent that time with you guri bah.
Finally, I would like to thank skullz and felps for a short time. Felps is already a big name in the scenario and needs no comment, complete player who does any function but is going through a difficult period that I know will soon get over.
Skullz, we lost our 2 bo3 we played but you are a damn monster! Humble with a mindset that is lacking for most professional players. You hear, give your opinion without aggression, have a very sharp aim and still contribute with ideas daily. You have success written on your forehead, keep it that way.
At the most, I tried to very much to make this work, cried, fought with my mind, fought with my ideals and was patient as much as I could so I'm not sad.
Within LG I would like to give importance to some things we have achieved:

The journey was intense and the last honorable mention I would like to make is for our psychologist, Luciana. If before I suspected that a psychologist was important, today I am sure that it is necessary for a team structure, a pity we took so long to find you. Thanks for everything you did for us.
