Clarification on the Excal Situation

***PREFACE PLEASE READ!!!! I have given everything I have to the police. At this point I am waiting, and merely explaining my thoughts here so those who still doubt can understand how I got to my conclusion.***

Alright so, now that I’m home (I was at Xanadu when I found out about everything from yesterday) allow me to elaborate on why I’m upset, and why I’m convinced it’s Excal.
First, let’s lay down some ground facts to work with as we go through everything.

1) I live in Columbia. Waldorf (where Excal lives) is about 40-50 minutes South from me, give or take.
2) I do not order out from DoorDash, or Dominos. Anyone that’s been to my house can tell you that I love making food and I stay in my kitchen. I cooked for literally every guest I’ve had over, from Mr. E, Dabuz, Tamim and Lima.
3) I don’t use Uber. I have a car, one that I like very much. The ONE TIME I have used Uber was when I got a flat tire at the old Xanadu after bracket. GIMR gave me a ride home and I Uber’d back to my car the next day to have it towed. Proof: https://sta.sh/01tm8xhptkgy (And before anyone asks, the Filter button only filters to show either the past three months specifically, or the entirety of your trip history).
4) My only known Amazon order of recent was eshop cards and some Amiibo. Neither of these match the orders on my card.

Good? Okay, let’s get stared.

This is the whole of the fraudulent charges I’ve gotten wind of since this all started. I should have cancelled ALL of my cards after I caught the three on my debit card, but that’s on me. Now, the DoorDash/Uber ones I can’t conclusively prove because they wouldn’t give me any details when I contacted them. The Domino’s one I’m pretty sure beyond a shadow of a doubt is his after I got through talking with Amazon and Excal, and here’s why.

The charge lists the store number (4674), and the 3030 at the end is just the store’s phone number (3016453030, my Bank told me as much when I called them). If you go to plug in this info at the Dominos site, and then compare it with his address, the store is 5 minutes from his house. This would seem like a small coincidence and one I was willing to overlook after he told me it wasn't him until thee Amazon stuff popped up days later.

Now onto the Amazon thing. I contacted their Chat support (someone in my mentions said I deepfaked this, like ?????????) about the orders. Now Amazon can’t tell me any personal details about the order unless I actually tell them what they were. Meaning the most they can do is give me a yes/no as far as name and address goes, which is why I had to ask Excal for his e-mail and address to try and prove it wasn’t him, and when I went back to double check with them this is exactly what was said.

Now, given that they’re confirming themselves that YES, the two orders (they even gave me order #s, which I am giving to the cops) were placed on MY CARD, and shipped in HIS NAME to HIS ADDRESS I’m not sure what else I could possibly need to add here. Unless someone is out to get Excal by stealing his personal info and at the same time sneaking into my house to get access to the credit cards that I don’t use in public, therefore they could not have been skimmed by any sort of card reader, I dunno what to tell ya.

I don’t have anyone else that has had access to my apartment or cards in such a way. I’m pretty reclusive, and the only guests I’ve had are Smashers that I house for Xanadu events. Maintenance isn’t allowed in my apartment unless I’m present or they give warning in advance that they’re going to enter to check something. I’m more than willing to answer any questions that anyone has about any of the above but it all seems pretty open and shut to me.
