Quitting PUBG/Moving on

Officially announcing my departure from competitive PUBG and from the Team Envy PUBG roster.

At this point I will be switching to competing in Fortnite. This has been something I have been thinking about doing for probably about a year now but I've finally decided to pull the trigger at this point.

The main reasons I have decided to do this are
-I'm losing my passion for PUBG and the only things that was keeping me in it was the desire to win and the many friendships I have made over the past 2-3 years of playing.
-Fortnite is actually enjoyable for me right now and the game has gotten much better since when I was considering switching to it initially
-There is a lot more money, the tournaments in Fortnite happen way more often, and they are way more accessible because of the open qualifiers
-There is a lot more opportunity for growth in Fortnite

I realize that this is a pretty risky decision because there is a chance that I won't be able to get good enough and catch up to every else that has been playing the game for years now but I think I have what it takes to do it if I grind really hard.

So with this, I want to thank all of my friends I've made, all of my teammates, and all the talent/tournament organizers that helped the scene develop throughout the years I've played PUBG. The competitive PUBG community is by far the best community I've ever been a part of in gaming.

To the team, I know I've already said this many times but I really believe in you guys and I know you guys have what it takes to be the best team in NA. I'm confident you guys will kill it in Phase 3 and at the PGC as well.

Well, that's about it. I'll still be around and I'll probably still talk in Highground quite a bit but I just won't be competing in PUBG anymore.

Love you guys ♥️
