Leaving Furia to start working with G2

Hey guys,

first of all this is a personal decision of mine and has absolutely NOTHING to do with anyone at Furia treating me bad or whatever, I still have nothing but respect especially for guerri and am insanely thankful that they welcomed me with open arms. Neither is it money oriented.

this might come as a little surprise for you but in the past few weeks I have thought a lot about working with an EU team. There are a few reasons for it and I feel like you deserve to know them instead of me just leaving after all the love the Brazilian fans showed me.

My main reason is that I just wanted to work closer with a team to elevate my knowledge to the next level, obviously it is really tough for me to work very closely with a NA team due to timezones etc. I felt the need to work closely with a team and be more involved.

Secondly my real life suffered quite a bit from those working times, I neglected friends and family as I had to work deep into the night and obviously slept too much during the day. It was pretty challenging at times for me, after 3 years of working exclusively for NA teams I needed a drastic change.

Overall the decision was made during the summer break and a lot of thinking which made me realize that I am personally not happy with where I am at, especially mentally. The offer from G2 came at the perfect time and I knew it was what I needed to bring me and my work to the next level. Our plan is to work a lot closer, have me being present during the Berlin Major and build something great.

I have nothing but love for both guerri and Jaime, they took me in at Furia and we had some of the highest highs a new built team could ever experience, we beat Astralis twice on lan in Nuke and a Bo3 when 90% of the community were laughing at us and thinking it was a fluke, we showed them differently and I am more than proud where they are at, a solidified top10 team that will go their way.

Thanks for reading through it and I hope you guys can understand where I come from and that this move was needed for me to brighten my horizon and elevate my work.
