Parting ways with Thomas

After nearly one year of teaming with Thomas, I decided to part ways with him.

When we started teaming up, we were performing really good getting decent results online and dominating the BeNeLux scene. Till the end of 2018 we won 4/5 LANs only getting 2nd losing to WMB at Gameforce.

But at the start of 2019 things started getting worse. Everytime we would be losing Thomas would say what we should do at a very negative tone. At a certain point it was so bad he said things like ‘we lost to no namers’ when we lost to Echo Zulu in Kayzr League (After DH Leipzig).
At our time at mCon, Thomas and the manager even had conversations about it. But in the end it didn't really change that much.

This went on till we played Nordavind at the sogeti LAN in Paris, where we lost in game 7 and there was no negativity at all. For a moment I thought we finally fixed the issue we had. But when we lost to a team we would usually win against in a online weekly, he was toxic again.

And finally, the Montreal qualifier. After losing one, just one game against the bricks, he was toxic again. First I didn’t really know what to do, but later I just accepted that some people just are who they are and you sometimes just can’t change that.

The days after the qualifier I came to the conclusion that it was better to play with someone with the right mindset who wouldn't get mad/frustrated.

Mike still doesn't know what he's going to do with the team, but that will probably become clear in the next few weeks.

Sorry if this was too long, but I just wanted to prevent the same thing as with Flakes which also didn’t really make sense results wise.
