eXcalibur situation in detail.
So I never wanted to make this post about the organization. We as a team were going to leave them & let everything that happend in the past stay in the past, so we can move on and focus on our future. Until someone decided to contact some account called the “org avengers” & try to expose us which is laughable to say the least. So to start off we will get this claim out of the way eXcalibur did not fully fund us to Miami. We as players were forced to pay half of our flights a few days before the event & purchase our own teampass. eXcalibur told us after our bad placement at Anaheim, that they would more then likely not be able to send us to Miami. After long discussions with them they decided they would possibly be able to get us a hotel & maybe half flights. They were on the edge because they wanted more percentage of what we offered originally & told us multiple times that we should look for another org. eXcalibur was the only org willing to pay any sort of money at this time since the event was less then a month away & they knew that so they forced us into a position where we had to offer them more of a percentage if we even wanted to attend Miami & have a chance at qualifying for champs. Furthermore, they wanted us to represent them at champs while taking 60% of our winnings if we didn’t make it out of Pools & 40% of our winnings if we did. The current owner goodvibez was in COD the whole time to make quick money & leave, that’s why he wanted high percentages of our money & that’s why he dmd me and said he loves money way to much to keep investing if he is not going to come out on top with a lot in his account. Another point that furthers this is that goodvibez bought the eXcalibur Twitter right before Anaheim & right after Miami when we decided not to resign with them goodvibez decided to tweet out they’re selling the organization. That was the first organization he has ever been apart of in esports & he was in it for less then 2 months. He was in this the whole time to make a quick buck off of us. He also blocked me right after we told him that we were going to pursue looking at other organization offers. Also a huge misconception is that eXcalibur said they would be able to match what we were asking for champs. We were told multiple times before Miami that they didn’t have much money and that was the reason they could possibly cover half flights & Airbnb. The only person we as a team would like to apologize to is Connor. He sent me to Vegas at the beginning of the year & always supported me & the teams I have made, so to him we apologize that this whole thing has happend the way it did, but we were not going to represent an organization that took advantage of us & was in COD to make a quick buck off of us at the biggest event of the year. We will not be commenting on this any further, we have our eyes focused on champs & that’s all that matters to us at this point. Thank you for taking your time to read this all the way through.
