My Twitter is locked and @TheZombiUnicorn was likely responsible.

This will probably not post until after my account is unlocked. Just need to get this in writing so I can sleep.

My Twitter account is currently locked. The following is the appeal I just submitted to Twitter regarding the circumstances surrounding my current account lock-out, which includes the harassing actions of verified Twitter user @thezombiunicorn. This user has a much larger social media platform than I do, so while I suspect my post won't reach many of you, I really hope it does.

I've tried my best to stay objective throughout this. Thanks in advance for reading.

My account has not violated any Twitter rules, and my "locked account" status requires IMMEDIATE reversal.

I am currently being harassed by verified Twitter user @thezombiunicorn. I have strong reason to believe that my account was locked due to her exploitation of both 1) her privileges as a Twitter verified user and 2) Twitter's reporting system. Verified user @thezombiunicorn has exhibited the following pattern of targeted harassment against me within the last 24 hours:

1) POST defamation about me
2) BLOCK me to prevent my reply to the defamation
3) UNBLOCK me
4) POST defamation about me to a reply to a tweet I wrote
5) REBLOCK me immediately again to prevent further replies
6) repeat

I caught one of these post/block/unblock loops long enough to post a criticism on my Twitter page, where I cited evidence of defamation perpetrated by @thezombiunicorn and publicly requested legal help regarding this defamation (see link below). After posting this tweet, LESS THAN 5 MINUTES LATER my account was locked: https://twitter.com/BadBunnyTwitch/status/911931678037180417

This post/block/unblock treatment I have received from @thezombiunicorn, coupled with the proximity of time between the above tweet I submitted and the account lock I am appealing right now, gives me STRONG reason to believe that @thezombiunicorn (or a representative under her direct command) inappropriately reported my account.

Furthermore, the nature of the reported tweet is even more suggestive of abuse by @thezombiunicorn. My tweet that was reported as "potentially abusive" was one that I submitted SEVERAL DAYS AGO in a long reply thread of one of @thezombiunicorn's tweets. The likelihood of a tweet in a dead @thezombiunicorn thread being appropriately reported for abuse MERE MOMENTS after I post a tweet highly critical of @thezombiunicorn is incredibly slim. Even more concerning is the nature of the reported tweet, as it was actually IN SUPPORT of @thezombiunicorn. These disturbing facts make @thezombiunicorn's reporting of my tweet an even more obvious example of her exploitation of her privileges as a Twitter verified user and of Twitter's reporting system.

As such, @thezombiunicorn is demonstrating a HIGHLY abusive exploitation of her verified Twitter account in conjunction with Twitter's reporting system. Twitter's reporting system, which is meant to protect users from abuse, is actually facilitating it here.

In conclusion, I urge Twitter to immediately unlock my account, and to closely reexamine the privileges afforded to @thezombiunicorn on Twitter.
