Happy New Year! Twitter posts aren't long enough (dammit) so have a TwitLonger!
Hey! Hi! I guess this year is just about wrapped up! What a ride. Since I don't wall of text you guys too often, I've got quite a few words. Warm fuzzy stuff, you know?
I don't even know where to start. 2016 was a rough year for a lot of people. Mine had a tough start... but it blossomed into one of the best years of my life. This is the first entire year that I've streamed full-time. I get to do something I've loved since childhood for a living. When I was younger, when my mom would get upset at me for staying up the entire night playing MMOs and Terraria and what have you, she would tell me that I'm wasting my life by not going outside or learning more. I would jokingly respond that perhaps one day I'll become a video game tester. Not for a second did I imagine I would join the ranks of Youtubers and Twitch streamers that I watched throughout every stage of my growing-up. To me, they were the best role-models, inspiring me to accept myself for the nerdy introvert I always will be. I spent every free moment I had watching the playthroughs of Youtubers I considered friends, even though I'd never communicated with them in any way. They made me happy, and gave me something to constantly look forward to.
Since I started streaming, and even moreso this year because of my long hours, so many of you have come to me with gratitude. Gratitude for my consistency and hard work because for you, my stream is that same happiness that got me through so many years. I am absolutely honored that I have touched so many lives in a positive way. That no matter how hard 2016 was, so many people kept looking forward to my stream, kept regaining their energy, happiness, and drive because of it, and kept on pushing through the year. I am honored that in turn, you guys find me deserving of so much love, so much support. You guys make every bad day good, every grouchy morning serene, and every unhappiness seem like it's the smallest thing in the world. I am so thankful to all of you for making my 2016 beautiful and cheerful. This is a dream that I never thought would be possible. It makes me happy to no end that I can dedicate my life to the stream, to you all. I can't imagine any other life.
What I've come to realize, is that people are capable of just about anything. With strength, perseverence, and the right balance of motivation and discipline, you can reach your goals. Life is a constant struggle that pays off time and time again, as long as you struggle through it. Don't feel relief that 2016 is over, as life continues along the same path; feel happiness from what you've learned, from what you've experienced. Feel gratitude and strength that you've made it through. Take at least a few minutes to remember everything good that happened over the year - there may be a lot more than you think! Let 2017 be your second wind, renew your faith in yourself, and go get 'em! All of 'em. (I may or may not be talking about all of the butts)
NOW SOME 2016 WRAPUP AND 2017 EXCITEMENT STUFF BECAUSE THAT'S COOL TOO. YEAH.
Favorite games of 2016?!?!?!?! Dark Souls 3. Any Souls game makes me happy, and that one was beyond epic. I also loved Witcher 3, Skyrim, Undertale, Dishonored, Division, Abzu, League, DayZ, Guild Wars, and probably a good handful that I can't remember. These weren't all released in 2016, but they are the games I enjoyed moreso than any others!
Goals for 2017?!?!?! Not so much a New Year's resolution as something I've been working on for two years - I want to finally reach my goal weight and physique. I want to work on not feeling guilty and selfish for taking time for myself, and I want to help others do the same. I also kind of want to travel to a place I've never been before, but that's not a priority.

I'll be greeting 2017 on stream, and whether or not you show your beautiful face(booty), I'm wishing you the happiest New Year! Happy New Year! ♡
