Are people really assuming that just because we're doing a semi-regular Secret Hitler stream that we'll somehow do it forever and as a result it might become boring? No, we'll do a few episodes, see where it goes, once it has run its course we'll stop doing it. Nobody ever said "hey yeah so we have a 150 episode run of Secret Hitler planned, that sounds realistic and totally reasonable, I'm sure the game won't outstay its welcome by 2019...". At the moment, there'll be a Secret Hitler stream on Sunday at 4pm eastern for the next couple of weeks. We'll see what happens after that. Last 2 crew for Sundays show will be Cry and Maggie. I've modified the board to make it easier for viewers to read, increasing the size of cards and the fascist and liberal tracks significantly. That should provide a nicer viewing experience for everyone. Format-wise we'll keep it the same since the option for the viewer to see who is who or deny themselves that info works. I am considering an overlay to block my hand so that viewers can't see what policy cards I get and choose, though the problem is if I ever have to pan the camera, that overlay is not going to work all that well. I will work with Cris to see if I can make something that looks ok and will reliably cover up the information. Anyway, we'll see how this goes. We like the game a lot and we had lots of fun and we'd like to repeat that and see how the game progresses as we get better at it. This will also give me time to learn some new boardgames for future lounge-episodes, since that was definitely getting in the way of regular shows last year.
