One of my staff is refusing to wear her staff uniform. What action should I take?

In this instance have a friendly chat with her to understand the reason behind her not wearing her work uniform, and explain to her that a uniform is necessary for child safety and security issues.

If she refuses to comply then you must start the disciplinary procedure and provide her with a verbal warning.
