Voice actors should absolutely be paid fairly and valued correctly for their work #performancematters - however it seems to me that this is a symptom of a much larger problem in the games industry when it comes to working conditions and fair compensation. Developers getting screwed out of bonuses due to metacritic, developers having to work hours so long they end up sleeping under their desks rather than going home, the complete lack of job stability as big publishers arbitrarily shut down studios they own without warning. VA concerns are valid and I'd like to see it become a part of a larger discussion on working conditions within the games industry, not to mention the notion that it often takes bright, young, creative people and crushes their damn soul.
