Order devs please, dont speak to the press for a while. It'll just end up looking like sour grapes. I get it, you worked really hard on a game and its getting middling reviews at best, thats gotta be a really hard thing to stomach, but a lot of the consumer ill-will built up prior to this was a result of your bumbling interviews. You can't lie to people on the internet, they will never forget it. All that nonsense about cinematic vision and 30fps, rather than just coming right out and saying "look we prioritised graphical fidelity over framerate and resolution, because we were working with limited hardware" hurt you. Consumers are not stupid, they see right through the FUD and every interview you did was laden with it. You were thrown out there as a sacrificial lamb to deflect criticism from Sony themselves and you suffered the consequences. Going to a site and telling it that the internet is full of bullies and we shouldn't care about game length 24 hours before your games reviews were coming (which you probably knew were not going to be good) was one of the worst things you could have done. You worked hard on your game but your customers work hard to. They're guys working jobs they hate just to get by and the limited free time they have they wanna spend with a good product that gives them value for money. Yours didnt, you arrogantly assumed that 5 hours was enough for a $60 videogame and that 2 hours of those being cutscenes was totally ok because MUH CINEMATIC VISION. It's astonishingly disrespectful to the millions of consumers with very limited entertainment budgets and they will remember it. I hope they didnt preorder.

The absolute best thing you can do right now is shut up. People want to hate your game right now because you riled them up prior to release. Let that phase pass, get to work on something else and STOP TALKING TO THE PRESS.
