Of the estimated 26,000 cases of unwanted sexual contact in the U.S. military in 2012, only 3,000 were reported and of those, only 300 were prosecuted. This week's events show the problem clear--it is time to remove the process from the inbred, male-dominated military courts and into the civilian arena. Now.
