By day, I research some of the most momentous and impactful scientific odysseys humanity has ever undertaken. At night, I come home to the news where old, child molesting, male only priests, in extravagant garments centuries out of date, fuss endlessly over who will lead their decaying and increasingly irrelevant, antediluvian fiefdom. The juxtaposition could not be more glaring.
