"Put on the mask," the boy said. "It's going to make you strong." #TheAmazingSpiderMan was indeed a winner. But how could it not be with such such vibrant leads as #AndrewGarfield and #EmmaStone, two of the finest young actors working today. Their romantic chemistry--genuine as it turns out--radiated in a film that was as much a superhero epic as it was a love story. #MarcWebb (#500DaysOfSummer) did a tremendous job incorporating whiz-bang action with some nice, organic comedy, several homages to the "Spider-Man" films that preceded it (and perhaps even a wee bit of #Superman"), and topped it off with one of the single best scenes of last year. You know the one I'm talking about. Wish I'd seen this one on the big screen.
