Unfortunately, I'm learning firsthand what a big difference mobile viewing makes for YouTube content. My latest, which I feel is one of my best, hasn't even been viewed a thousand times in more than 24 hours, a problem I've not had since I first began producing content. The only other video I've made on which YouTube instituted similar mobile restrictions has only 5,500 views in seven months. By contrast, my Sandy Hook video has roughly that many in just five days. It just goes to show how many people ingest their media through devices they keep in their pockets and not their televisions or even computers. (Granted, it might also have something to do with it being 15 minutes long. Still, I think it's 15 minutes well spent!)
