100%, Mr. President? The only person making that claim with a straight face is you. Still, I am becoming convinced that perhaps you have, in spite of yourself, set NASA on a better path than it has been on in decades. Provided, of course, it is actually funded with a budget to match your so-called "ambitious" vision.
