While it is refreshing to see a religious leader admit there is absolutely no evidence for the Exodus, how does it not create a maelstrom of cognitive dissonance when he then writes that, "it doesn't matter" and that "the Torah is not a book we turn to for historical accuracy, but rather for truth." When truth is no longer defined as that which can be shown, with evidence, to be factual, it loses any and all use as a word, both linguistically and philosophically. http://shar.es/vcE8F
