airtran has $5 off airfare deal on future flights booked while using gogo in flight. it didn't work when i tried it to/from my destination. i logged complaint and got a reply that basically said they don't know of a problem. i'm telling them there's a problem. in my mind they owe me $10 for flights i would've booked while in flight and customer svc reply was a big #fail. #airtran
