@_davidwharton We're looking into it. Part of what seems to currently be happening is that if the task an employee is assigned has nothing for them to do at any given moment, their autonomy may have them choose to do something else unrelated to their job... and it could be something that lasts an extended period of time (like playing a game), rather than realizing that their assigned task suddenly does having something that they should be doing. If you see your employee doing something like playing a game when they should be working, try using a management social on them to interrupt their current interaction, and then afterwards they should realize they have some work to do. We're also investigating more aggressive methods of breaking up conversations that employees or customers are involved in so they get back to work or browsing more frequently.
