I maintain my innocence. (Sexual harassment, threats, and impersonation)
I'll be breaking this down into several sections, one involving my relationship with Shy and another involving the alleged grooming allegations. Also, keep in mind I have already filed my police report.
My relationship with Shy:
Shy’s conversation with me. This was the Friday of Queen City Anime Con (QCAC). This is what I saved from a conversation I had with my ex, Stephanie, where I basically told her I got stood up and rejected.

I went up to my room after I wanted to talk to her while she was around her friends in the lobby. We - or at least I - had wanted to see her throughout the day. Unfortunately, as that didn’t happen, I take it she feels like I lashed out at her. I was honestly upset, but I took this conversation as the reason she grew completely distant from me for the rest of the weekend.
Keep in mind that despite my efforts - via IG chat - to contact her, my last message sent to her at all was on Sunday of the con. I have made no contact with Shy since then.

I recall hugging Shy in the lobby. However, I didn’t have a tight, forceful hug. People were standing there to witness and I wouldn’t be so forceful. I know what no means or when someone pulls away. Also, I never sniffed her. I don’t do that to people.
However, pay attention to a glaring contradiction: The timestamp. These messages were sent a little after 9 AM.

I was not awake at 9 AM. I slept between 5 AM and around 12 PM. I had to go to work.
The glaring part of this message that stands out to me is the Froppy keychain I bought her in the dealer’s room. However, this is information that only Shy, her friends, and myself should know.
However, I also know how to handle rejection. I don’t use women by buying them gifts. I didn’t buy her that on a condition because I know the risks of being rejected.
Now, here comes a major contradiction. The message threatens Shy about Ichibancon. Well, keep in mind she’s blocked me on all accounts since August. Therefore, I would have no idea that she would appear at Ichibancon.
Furthermore, it also mentions that I “wanted your friend to watch me fuck you. She was so beautiful I might go chase after her at Ichibancon.” I don’t remember her friends or what they even look like. I saw them in passing only a couple of times for brief moments at most. The message also alleges “she kept stealing you away from me.”
This contradicts my message. While I was aware that she spent more time with her friends and she emphasized she hadn’t seen them in a while, my concern had nothing to do with them personally.
The one and only time Ichibancon has messaged me is in November when they enforced a ban. I have not heard a message from the staff since. This comes despite several times asking them to let me plead my case. If this threatening message was sent in December - my guess due to the time this callout happened - why would I suddenly bring it up?

One glaring part of this message is knowing Ichibancon messaged me in the first place. I only brought this up to one person and that was Kimberly. No one else knew I had been banned from the con. This is a major contradiction since no one else could know that unless one of us had relayed information about my ban. I did not tell anyone else the con banned me.
This also goes hand-in-hand with the comment about the “fucking rat.” I used that word twice in my convo with Kimberly. Once again, either she’s leaking information to someone else or she is directly involved in these messages.

“I got friends who will help me get back into the convention.” I don’t know who these friends are. The people I’m messaging and I have said nothing about getting me back into the convention. Moreover, the rest of them have blocked me on IG anyway. I can’t go to them for help. I don’t know who this person is referring to. I would never threaten rape and murder on anyone.

Shy’s testimony of my hug, as mentioned earlier, is false. I wouldn’t hug someone like that. If I make someone uncomfortable and realize it, I apologize. I’m not like this.
She claims I tried to get her alone while “she was drunk.” I did invite her to see me earlier. However, I already know full well not to have sex with someone who’s drunk. I have seen cases of rape come from this and know full well the consequences. Even if we just talked, it would have given me peace of mind that we’re on good terms and could hang out. Talking to someone while drunk is not a crime. Accusing me of “trying to get her alone” does not mean I harbored ill intent.

As I mentioned before, I recall nothing about her friends. Not their names, not their faces, not even how many were with her.
Conflating our messages with those of the stalker does not make me the stalker. Correlation is not causation. I did not send these to her Tellonym.

Everything to do with this is completely wrong. The person doesn’t type like me and doesn’t even type like the person making anonymous threats on Tellonym. This may or may not even be the same person. Moreover, I have no idea who is even being messaged.
Using a fake account and a picture pulled from my Instagram gallery is the worst way to try and defame someone. It goes without saying this isn’t me. I have only one Instagram account and I don’t create burners.

Kafei blocked me on Instagram around a week after QCAC. We had been on very friendly and good terms and I noticed she blocked me out of the blue. I believe she and Shy-chan had a talk. If I was incriminated as this “stalker,” then I imagine that was her reason for blocking me. Several cosplayers I met at the convention also followed suit and blocked me.
