Salve galera!
Venho aqui confirmar que a partir de hoje não faço mais parte da FURIA.
No último ano e meio mantive foco total no trabalho, dando meu máximo para ajudar o time a tentar cumprir seus objetivos e também focar no meu processo evolutivo como pessoa e profissional, as vezes perdendo um pouco da proximidade com vcs aqui por isso. Foi um período muito intenso e prazeroso onde colecionei memórias e aprendizados que levarei pra vida.
Engraçado lembrar que a dois anos atras eu estava no meu quarto na casa dos meus pais disputando campeonatos online começando minha carreira de coach, e em pouco tempo a chave virou completamente. Viajei para inúmeras cidades, quase 10 países, participei dos maiores campeonatos do mundo, trabalhei ao lado dos caras que eu assistia em streams. E por isso meu grande obrigado pra FURIA pela oportunidade (em especial pro Jaime e pro Guerri, que me entrevistaram inicialmente).
Um agradecimento mais do que especial também para: Kscerato, Yuri, Drop, Saffee, Art, Vini, Honda e Junior. Jogadores que tive o privilégio de trabalhar com e espero ter conseguido agregar no jogo de vocês ao longo desse tempo que trabalhamos juntos.
Sentir a pressão e a responsabilidade de trabalhar em um dos melhores times do mundo e no melhor time das Américas durante 2021-2022 foi unico.
Agradeço também as pessoas que tive contato dentro da FURIA (espero não esquecer de alguém!): Samuel, chinari, Guilherme, kayque, pablex, brady, chivitz, bernardo, luciana, ari, akkari, CG, Danny, Lina, zaz, chuckpira, airini, segalla, Edu, Doc, Rafa, Michelle, Aline, Bruna, Junao, Clown, teec, estagiario, elaine, espeon, chase, kaah, izaa, mari, olga, gabi, gabs.
Todos vocês são incríveis e muito obrigado por fazerem da FURIA um lugar especial.
Um último, mas não pouco especial agradecimento pro Guerri. Obrigado pelas conversas, pelo companheirismo, pelos ensinamentos, pela paciência, pela amizade. Trabalhar ao seu lado me permitiu uma evolução acelerada em várias áreas. Espero ter conseguido alcançar suas expectativas de braço direito ao longo desse tempo. Sua dedicação ao projeto da FURIA e ao bem estar dos jogadores não pode passar despercebida. Enquanto gravávamos o documentário no major da Suecia em 2021, falei algo que acabou não indo pro corte final, mas acho apropriado que todos saibam: O Guerri não se interessa apenas pelo Kscerato, ele também cuida do Kaike. O Guerri nao se interessa apenas pelo Drop, cuida também do André. E por ai vai. Valorizem ele! Quando perdemos um jogo ele reflete nas trades, pensa sobre os anti forcados, pensa sobre as situações de vantagem, pensa sobre o veto, nada passa despercebido. Espero que vocês entendam que o Guerri trabalha de olhos, ouvidos e mente abertos, sempre.
Estou F/A sem restrições, aberto a propostas de equipes focando mais na função de Head Coach, mas também disposto a integrar uma comissão.

Hey guys!
I'm here to confirm that starting today I am no longer a part of FURIA.
For the past year and a half I've maintained complete focus on the job at hand, giving my all to collaborate to the team's objectives and also focusing on evolving as a person and as a professional, many times distancing myself from you guys here due to that. It was a very intense and pleasant period where I've collected memories and lessons which I will carry for life.
Funny to think that two years ago I was in my bedroom at my parent's house competing in online tournaments starting my coaching career, and not much longer after that the key turned completely. I got to travel to numerous cities, almost 10 countries, partook in the world's largest tournaments, and worked alongside the guys I watch in streams. For that, a massive thank you to FURIA for the opportunity (especially to Jaime and Guerri, who interviewed me initially).
A more than special thank you to: Kscerato, Yuri, Drop, Saffee, Art, Vini, Honda e Junior. Players which I had the privilege to work alongside and I hope to have helped and added layers to your game on the period we worked together.
Feeling the pressure and the responsibility of working in one of the best teams in the world and on the best team of the Americas during 2021-2022 was extraordinary.

All of you are incredible and thank you so much for making FURIA such a special place.
A final, but not any less special thank you to Guerri. Thank you for the conversations, the partnership, the patience, and the friendship. Working alongside you allowed me to evolve at a much quicker rate than I would've otherwise in many aspects. I hope to have reached your expectations of a "wingman" during this period. Your dedication to the FURIA project and to the well-being of the players can't go unnoticed. While we recorded a documentary about the Sweden major in 2021 I said something that didn't end up going to the final cut, however I think it's appropriate everyone knows: Guerri isn't only interested in Kscerato, he also takes care of Kaike. Guerri isn't only interested in Drop, he also takes care of Andre. And from there on. When we lose a game he reflects on the trades, thinks about the anti ecos, thinks about the advantage scenarios, and thinks about the vetoes, nothing goes unnoticed. I hope you all understand Guerri works with his eyes ears and mind open, always.
I am F/A without restrictions, open to offers from teams. I'll be focusing more on the Head Coach role, however very willing to integrate a coaching staff in other roles as well.
