#SWISSESPORTS #ESL #CORRUPTION #LIES #RULEBENDING A really sad day in Esports

What I'm about to tell you is by far one of the biggest indictments in the history of Swiss Esports.
I have never seen such a big company trample on values like integrity, fairness, transparency and honesty.

Lausanne is allowed and will be allowed to bring a new eighth player on board in the Swiss ESL Finals, despite the fact that a roster lock has been fixed since the beginning of the playoffs. This was decided by ESL Swiss with an internal majority and they are breaking their own laws. It's a shame how many parties involved can't admit their total failure and hide it with corruption and lies.

Due to the 2nd Advent on 4.12, the ESL decided at short notice (in a period of 1-2 weeks) to move the grand final to 3.12. This was communicated with both teams. This was communicated with both teams, but according to the admin it was said that Lausanne would refuse without giving a good reason. According to the admin, the boss has already said that there would be a FFW for us. On Friday 25.11 we were told that a new date would be arranged by Monday. Until today 01.12.2022, 17:30 o'clock, we were left in uncertainty whether Lausanne can now play under the conditions of the in-house ESL Swiss league regulation or not.

The last decision on the part of ESL was sent to us by Tusia: "We let them play with https://www.hltv.org/player/22680/polbandana .
They have been punished with penalty points. I'm really sorry for this situation, it's difficult for all of us, and we handled it in the best possible way, according to the fact that we've discussed it with other Tournament Managers in ESL. We gave you the same chance, please don't forget it".

So ESL is breaking their own rosterlock rules to let Lausanne participate in the final and forcing us to speak out because of this decision.

We never wanted to get the same chance. We wanted a fair 5v5 with the 7 players entered in the roster and therefore eligible to play. Each team is responsible for its own players. Unfortunately, Lausanne has not been able to do that for several months now. Their roster management is atrocious and they are even rewarded for it by their own failure.

"S3NSEY" is unfortunately unable to compete due to a family incident. This was included in ESL's reasoning as to why they allowed an 8th player. Now everyone is wondering, what about their two substitutes? "EXR1G" is playing in another tournament and is therefore unable to attend.

That leaves "CousCous". Lausanne will not enter CousCous in the final because he is no longer part of the organisation. Was he even asked? No, he wasn't. Ematrion had CousCous confirm this himself via Whatsapp. Instead of giving a burgeoning talent a chance to prove himself, he was kicked again at short notice. Source: https://imgur.com/a/b32x3ZE

Now the question clearly arises, for what Lausanne has substitutes in the line-up at all, if they never stood for punctuality, flexibility and reliability in the past. They themselves do not stand for these values. Why else would they not take part in an ESL Conference match and give it up? https://imgur.com/gallery/NgIliKD Why else would they miss 2 match days in one of the biggest Swiss leagues (SHL)? Why else would you be ready to play 1 hour late at SwitzerLAN and run into the hall with a monitor and leave 25 other teams waiting?

Lausanne makes their own problems the problems of others and thus damages the professionalism and image of Swiss esports. It is not only a shame that a team wins the league season after season without spending much time, but also has the audacity to repeatedly attract negative attention when it comes to the values already mentioned. In the management of the organisation, the focus is definitely not on a well-bred team, but on a successful team.

Weeks before in the NoNamers case they insisted on the strict set of rules and now they disregard their own rules to be able to host the final. This should in no way represent the values of Switzerland.

The following timestamp should show you the banality and incompetence in the house of ESL Swiss:

I would like to mention that Nessy was fair to us at all times and is only a transmitter of the news.

- Chapter 1
Breaking the rules and lies, lies, lies:
"We will allow an 8th player, but this player must not be a professional player."
Evidence: https://imgur.com/gallery/pVemil2

- Chapter 2
Not meeting deadlines towards us:
Long long waits even though the match day is getting closer with no concrete statements and contradicting themselves several times.
Evidence: https://imgur.com/gallery/gZPaZ2V

The bottom line is that the top priority is to host the final, regardless of whether game integrity, fairness and image are preserved. It makes me incredibly disappointed for all teams that still have a shred of ambition to play this game to end up being part of an unprofessional environment where teams and league operations trample on the values of Swiss Esports.

Because Nessy clearly speaks out against this corruption, Lausanne even demands that he be relieved of his ESL Admin position. https://imgur.com/a/0y98IXx
This shows even more that Lausanne doesn't even begin to understand their own misbehaviour, but want to force their wishes with all means.

This will have consequences on our part, to what extent will become clear in the coming hours and days. - DAVEN
