Retiring from competitive R6

As we are officially unable to qualify for the next Major, I am announcing my retirement from competitive R6.

It has been an unbelievable journey and I am extremely grateful I was able to pursue my dream for as long as I did. Unfortunately, the last two years (to everyone's knowledge) has been a rough patch in my career and as of recent, I have found that I no longer have the spark that made me the player I once was. I've found that as I've lost the internal need to grind, both my enjoyment of the game and my performance has dropped.

On top of this, as more news is coming to light about the future of R6 in our region, it is becoming more apparent that a full-time career will be (most-likely) not possible. As somebody who has loved playing in this region and seeing it thrive, I am worried about what the future will hold.

I want to thank all my former teammates. It has been a wild ride and even if we didn't necessarily see eye-to-eye, all of these people have shaped me into the player and the person I have become.
I also want to thank Wildcard for continuing to support the team through these rough couple of years. I am disappointed that we were never able to make the pieces click and it is even more disappointing that I was never able to play in an international event, which has always been my main drive to play.

Finally, I want to thank all of the supporters I've had over my career through the different teams I've played for. Being able to connect with a community of like-minded people who want to see this region thrive and are as competitive as I am has been truly special.

In the mean-time, I will continue to support the team in whichever direction they choose to go and hope to continue to be apart of the e-sports community in whatever medium that may be.
