bhop rant + lft ecl

Ive been seeing some of the takes on me being cut and I just want to put my side of the story out there.
When I was told to run in first and die, I did it. When I was told to anchor a bombsite, I did it. When I was told to sit in a corner and do nothing, I did it.
I am an aggressive player with ideas. I like to call my own plays and I like to help make mid round calls.
I was more comfortable when cxzi and austin were on the team because we all had the freedom to do shit and call shit.
When cxzi and austin were on the team we trusted and listened to eachother pretty well. It worked because we had the understanding to know what to do in each situation and the skill to make it happen.
When swahn and lajt joined and implemented how they wanted us to play, there was little room for beakie or I to make mid round calls anymore, which is okay, I was willing to make any sacrifice in game if it meant winning.
Before season 42 the BHOP roster was in advanced and we all agreed it would be our "training season" where we build the foundation to be a good team. We were moved back up to ECL only because onet4p dropped out last second.
Before beakie and I were cut, we had to play relegation after a 3 way tie. We were one win away from making playoffs in a tough group in our first season as a team.
I was pretty suprised when I found out I was cut because no one on the team had told me that I needed to change anything I was doing.
The reasoning I was given is "we dont have the same vision for the game."
I found this very annoying because I literally did everything that was asked of me, despite my internal disagreement with how the teams leadership wanted us to play.
I thought this team was different and that we would be able to talk to eachother and work out our differences or atleast compromise.
I guess me not liking how our coach and igl wanted to run things was enough to get cut without having an opportunity to talk about it, even though I went along with it and always listened.
Some people need to realize it is okay to disagree, as long as you are all on the same page with the same goals.
I did not agree with having lajt call strats off spawn, but I always listened to and followed the call, even when I thought it was a terrible idea.
Something else that really bothered me about his coaching was that he would put so much negative pressure on us to perform in the middle of very close important matches.
The second my coach starts yelling insults at my teammates and I while we are in overtime in the game that decides if we make playoffs, I am going to play worse.
Not to take everything away from lajt, he is a good tactical coach and analyst, but he should not be in the coach slot during matches.
All good though, I know my worth as a player and teammate, just had to say my peace before I can move on.
