ACS season 3

We as an organisation are making this post to expose how ACS and more specifically their representative Frazer Scully(@FrozenFrazer) have handled the situation about prize pools and paying them out.
Listed below are how the events took place and the current aftermath of the situation.

1. On December 16th Cronus.GG played the final against @TwoPicturesEU where the latter team took the win. We contacted ACS shortly after and they forwarded us to Frazer Scully to deal with any prize money payouts.
2. Later on he responded and we started to make sure that the money would be secure. After a couple of e-mail he went silent on his part.
3. We tried getting in touch with him repeatedly but with no luck. After a couple of tries he responded, 13 days later, at which point we proceeded like normal, though after I sent the initial e-mail I was notified by one of our ex-players that everyone else had already received their prize pools and had received only 22% of the amount actually stated.
4. Once I confronted him about this, he said that in the ACS Terms of Service it was stated that they could change the prize pool without notifying teams beforehand, though there is no public access to them, as they have taken their site down and it has been off-line for about 2 months now.
5. While getting to know this, I was added to a group chat with representatives from the other 2 teams that had made the stages of prize-pools and who were complaining about this. We decided to gather as much evidence as possible and then talk to Frazer and ACS how to resolve this situation.
6. Once I messaged him about going public if we hadn't received our 175$ by 30th of December(when we were promised it would be the latest) we would go public with this information.
7. After that there was a sudden e-mail stating that our team had broken rules on the 25th of October regarding scheduling and received and had an e-mail sent to the captains e-mail. This was not true as our then captain Kerrumm hadn't received an e-mail from ACS on that date. When asked which e-mail, he listed a random e-mail from one of our players, who shouldn't receive e-mails like this, as he is not responsible about scheduling. In addition to this, he also stated that because of this they have decided to not pay out any prize money to us. This is about 2 weeks after the competition ended with no notice to us prior.
8. When everyone involved confronted Frazer about this, he just starts having a mental breakdown on twitter and is calling himself names, while dodging questions and trying to come up with default answers to what he's done, to shift the blame off himself.

Down below I have added screenshots of the conversations for proof.
