Meu próximo passo / My next step
Desde que eu conheci o cenário de esports, eu sabia que aqui era onde eu gostaria de trabalhar. Nesses últimos três anos, tive experiências incríveis e conheci pessoas mais incríveis ainda. Muitos, eu considerava como ídolos e após conhecê-los mantive essa visão. Não pelo o que conquistaram ou sabiam fazer, mas, sim, pela dedicação e paixão que têm pelo o que fazem.
Hoje, me despeço da minha carreira como parte da comissão técnica de League of Legends para assumir o cargo de Diretor Estratégico da Vivo Keyd. Não esperava que meu primeiro passo dentro da atmosfera administrativa de um clube seria este, mas as últimas duas semanas permitiram que eu tivesse a certeza de que este é o caminho que eu quero tomar. Me despeço do meu antigo cargo sabendo que o time está em ótimas mãos e sempre estarei por perto caso precisem de ajuda.
Obrigado a todos que me ajudaram a chegar a esta nova etapa da minha vida. Desde as pessoas que primeiro me acolheram no cenário até os fãs que sempre mandam mensagens de apoio, mesmo quando o time não passava por uma boa fase. Espero um dia retribuir todo o apoio que me deram.

Ever since I discovered the world of esports I knew I wanted to work in the field. Throughout the last three years I’ve had incredible experiences and have met even more incredible people, many of which I admired and after meeting them I still do but not because of what they have achieved but because of their discipline and passion towards their work.
Although I didn’t think this opportunity would come so early in my career I’m extremely happy to say that I will make the change to a more administrative role of Vivo Keyd's organization, as it's Strategic Director. I won’t lie, this new position was a scary step to take but the last two weeks have shown me that this is the correct path for me. I leave the team knowing that I've left Keyd's star-filled roster in good hands and I will always be close in case the players or Nelson need any help.
From the people who embraced me into the scene to the fans that continually send me supportive messages even when the team I represented would not perform as expected, I would like to thank you for helping me achieve one of my biggest career goals and I can only hope to one day retribute what you have given me.
