Parting Ways with the Team (ex-Noble)
TL;DR: I have been released from the roster with no one to blame but myself
This evening I was informed by Yeti that the team decided to officially remove me from the roster. This did not come as much of a surprise to me, as I had been seriously debating leaving for a while.
Back before towards the end of the first half of last season, it's no secret that the team was in a rough spot. It was really taking a toll on me at that point, as feeling like nothing I was doing was helping was really triggering my fear of failing. I let this drag me down and as my job picked up, I let it take over, putting everything I had into working and learning for work. By the time Unreal was added, I no longer really had a spot on the team so I just continued to focus on other things, leading to where I am now. I have no one to blame for that by me, and I hold nothing against the team for their decision.
The future: For now I plan on continuing to focus on my web development, and through a personal project I've been working on that I think streamers are going to love when I can release it. I feel like I wouldn't have a problem helping teams out as an analyst for short terms, or managing teams for organizations, but those opportunities would be handled one at a time.
I know the team has a bright future ahead of them, and I can't wait to see each player reach their full potential and thrive together. They will continue to have my full support as they should have yours.
