Main Post:

This is Swedish Delight, The Mango Champion and last new person to beat Armada. I want to compete at Smash Summit 7 and finish Top 10 for the end of the year. I'm campaigning for Summit again (after saying I wouldn't after Smash Summit 1) because I want to start providing more consistent content to the smash scene. Also, Beyond the Summit has been such an amazing, professional media company for Smash since our skepticism of the crowdfunding in Smash Summit 1 in 2015, and I really want to continue supporting them.

For my campaign, my theme will be on how you can put the least amount of effort in Melee and still win. Over the years, A LOT of people have questioned my knowledge on this game and wonder how I win matches. That is, until these people play me directly or review my sets and see just how efficient I am at winning.

In my opinion, we as the general public of smashers are really dumb (me included). We have so much more available smash content than before, but we're still making the same mistakes. I'm trying to fix that by simplifying my gameplans so that I spend less effort thinking and more effort reacting and doing. We don't necessarily need pages of notes for each analysis. Like if that was true, we should ace every open-book test in school but obviously that's not the case. Also, I don't want to be a nerd.

I will be streaming as consistently as I can after work from 9pm-midnight every weekday to fund-raise for summit. Depending on the amount, I can either do a netplay set or set review and have it recorded. Any other ideas can also be accepted.

10/16 Update:

My good friend @qerb2d (still best game and watch main ever) is going to be joining me on my summit campaign journey. He's also really good looking. Catch us on my stream and in your dm's ;)
