1. First and foremost the house was no in a standard for living in when we turned up and they agreed to this and apologised so them getting a cleaner in before we were there is irrelevant if the house got trashed by there league team after the cleaner had left.

2. There was no Duvet covers and we told you this from day one but you didn't believe us came and checked said everything if fine when you knew it wasn't hence you ordered us bed sheets anyway which we got the day we were leaving 3 weeks after we first asked. Also it being left on the floor was exactly where we left it and i guarantee you don't find any duvet covers in there. Oh and those clean sheets they washed for us look how they came out looking:

3. £90+ was a complete lie it was £60 a week with £20 a player per week. The only reason two of the orders were more than $60 was because there was no kettle, saucepan, tea towel or oven glove so we had to ask them to order these items for us which they did and i appreciate that but don't use that to lie and say you allowed £90+ a week on food.

4. Next the comment on the food being okay when we got there, there was out of date food which we spoke to them about and they said they would sort an order however we arrived on Monday the 24th and didn't receive food until Thursday the 27th: https://gyazo.com/eb41fbf59c53b437d0432c1a0f03ffa8

5. The PC issue in fairness they said they were fixing however their version fixing was different to ours we told them we need at least 200+ fps which all pc's weren't getting when playing ESEA Officials (where we play ESL UK and ESEA Advanced). As all PC's had different specs some were AMD, some were Intel, Some had SSD's and some didn't. Then yesterday we found out they were only trying to make all the PC's the same spec which still wouldn't have been good enough to play CS on as the processors weren't good enough in any of them:

6. We made them aware of my rash and told them it might be bed bugs i sent pictures of the bed bugs and my rash to ash and the response was sleep in another bed. We went on TS to have a talk about the team as this is after Fleav had left and Ardis was considering leaving to they told me to ring 111 which i did had a long chat and not at any point did they say it wasn't bed bugs after i explained the situation they told me to sleep in another room hoover down the mattress and sleep with clothes on which i did. So it is a complete lie me telling them it wasn't bed bugs as i never said such a thing they were just making an assumption that it was not bed bugs as they didn't want to deal with the actual problem at hand (them having to clean there own house):

Clearly this is not the response you want to hear when you potentially have bed bugs in the house and you just get told to go into another room for the night. They didn't even come the next day to look at the problem they just assumed there were no bed bugs and we were fine to live there with me sleeping on a mattress on the floor.
