Information for #SEAM2018 (ii)
SIM Card Purchase - If you are getting a SIM Card, get it at the airport itself. They should not cost you more than $15, if they charge more, please get them at the convenience stores located at the airport itself. For some reason the airport terminal counters price their SIM Cards differently. The only difference is the convenience stores don't setup for you the SIM card. You might have some issues connecting to the network as a result but so far only Starhub I heard has this issue. Refer to the link below for help:

Littering - Please DO NOT litter ESPECIALLY in town, you never know when you get caught and enforcers here don't give a hoot if you are a foreigner or not
Smoking - Look for smoking corners or stay at least 5 meters away from a sheltered place. Smoking is even not allowed at a traffic light and bus stop.
Casuals before SEAM2018 - Versus City will be opened before the event on 11th (7pm to 2am) and 12th October (5pm to 1am).
Address is 241 Bishan Street 22 #B1-236 Postal Code: 570241. The location is an underground bomb shelter. Look for the main lift, there is a blue door, open it and Voila.
Entry fee is $12 SGD, please be honest and put your money inside the blue basket on top of the fridge. Drinks are not sold there but there is a 24 hours Macdonald's just 1 minute away.
I suggest take a Grab there because taxi drivers may not be sure of the location. Keying in a postal code is easier.
Alcohol - Sale of beer at most convenient stores stops after 10.30pm and you are not allowed to be drinking even in public places from 10.30pm to 7am next day. Only legal place to go drink is at bars, pubs, nightclubs etc.
