Leaving Nova Esports
Well then.
This may come as a surprise to many of you, it certainly did for me. But I am officially off of Nova Esports and the roster with PurdyKurty, Interrogate and LosHD.
I've been with this core team for close to 11 months now, since the start of Totality and it's been an awesome ride. I’ve continuously tried to improve the team and myself throughout the entire journey and I couldn’t be happier with our online performances. We’ve won multiple online leagues and done well in other events. LAN performance not so much but it was something that we were all willing to work towards and improve.
It's literally been my dream to play professionally in esports and I'm glad Shawn (CEO of Totality) gave me that opportunity. He headhunted me way back then and let me form the roster that has drastically changed since, but in the end lead to what we were today.
We were sold to Nova Esports mid way through July, pretty much one month ago and told off the batt before we even settled in if we underperform at GLL someone is getting cut. Obviously we did and here we are. I won’t lie when I say it was a huge shock I was picked but hey, Nova seems to be convinced a roster change was NEEDED in order for the team to work out. Whether or not it does I don’t know.
Obviously I am incredibly upset to not have the chance to play with these guys on a professional level especially when its out of my control. I love everyone one of them, and want what's best for them. I don’t know if cutting me will improve the team but if it does I will be very happy for them. I’ve always put the team first and I hope this decision pays off.
Didn’t think I would be saying this but as of this tweet I am now a free agent. I’m not done with professional PUBG and won’t be a for a long time. I wanna jump right back into it without wasting any time.
