The following Cebu Pacific flights are cancelled tomorrow, August 20, 2018 (Monday):
• 5J 483/484 Manila-Bacolod-Manila
• 5J 451/452 Manila-Iloilo-Manila
• 5J 321/322 Manila-Legazpi-Manila
Passengers booked on the above flights may be re-accommodated on the next available flights tomorrow.
Affected passengers of other cancelled flights may avail of the following options, without penalties:
• Rebook flights for travel within 30 days from original date of departure;
• Convert into a Travel Fund for future use;
• Get a full refund.
Passengers are encouraged to rebook or refund flights through the “Manage Booking” section of the Cebu Pacific website (www.cebupacificair.com).
We have been receiving a high volume of requests, and passengers may have had difficulty managing their bookings. To ease the process, passengers with flights to and from the NAIA Terminal 3 between August 17-21, 2018 may inform us of their preferred option even after their original flight schedule. They may send us a message on our official Facebook (facebook.com/cebupacificair) and Twitter (@CebuPacificAir) accounts.
We are doing our best to re-accommodate passengers at the earliest time possible. Passengers are discouraged from going to the airport if they have no confirmed booking to avoid further inconvenience.
