Hey fans, in light of recent events, I wanted to talk to you guys a little bit about scrims and rosters.

I don't really mind receiving hate online, and don't want to try and defend myself since it'll come around regardless. I just wanted to let everyone know that we're listening to you, and that we're aware of what we need to fix.

A lot has been said about the recent roster changes. To be clear, we don't decide which players will be playing based on their win rates in scrims. Whether we win or lose, what makes scrims meaningful at the end of the day is what we can take away from each game. The important thing in scrims is, therefore, game quality, and our current roster has been displaying games of higher quality, which is why they've been implemented into the roster.

Overall, we're currently striving to continue to increase the quality of each game, as well as the quantity of quality games. We’re actively solving our mid and late game issues, among other issues that need attention. Moreover, players new to the roster are being guided specifically on how to transfer knowledge gained from scrims onto the stage, and I think Licorice and GoldenGlue are examples of this training being successful. GoldenGlue, in the past, has been great in scrims but wasn't able to transfer his abilities on stage to the fullest. Licorice was also sometimes missing some direction on stage, unlike how he is always on course in scrims. I believe both players have made significant improvements so far.

Similarly, the old members are also training to improve the quality of their games, and as promised, they will always be given a fair chance to prove themselves.

Things will change this week, and I hope that it's for the best. Thank you again for all your concerns and cheers.
