It was a good run

Hey everyone,

As of today I have decided to quit competitive COD, I honestly feel really really sad as I have so much passion and love for this, as alot of people could probably tell, but the amount of time we put in for the reward is honestly a joke.

To be blunt, the CWL honestly took a massive dump on our scene this year, it only really benefited MF. It feels like we are fighting an uphill battle, we have been given an average league and 0 Lans, I've been competing since 2010 and never in that time have I had a year where I have had no events to look forward to in our country. In terms of traveling overseas, my team and myself were supposed to attend MLG Dallas and NOLA but issues occurred with the organisation so we weren't able to go. Until last night we were under the impression we were going to Atlanta and the UK event but things have once again fallen through. This has left me feeling really disappointed and ive got no motivation at all, after such a great end of 2017 with Mindfreak Black, I thought this would be the best year of my "career", but it has been the total opposite. Our region is expected to go to MLG events and place well against teams who do this full time and have a great range of practice and LAN events to attend, like I said, it's an uphill battle for our teams, MF went from losing 3-0 to Era to beating Echo fox 3-0 and 100 point clubbing Optic with a week of good practice, I'm not saying the rest of our teams would do the same but we sure as hell could benefit from some good practice. I'm honestly just extremely disappointed with how this whole year is going In general for COD,.

I'm going to make a video tonight, do a wrap up of my career and talk about some shit, I'll include a QnA at the end of it so if you have any questions, send them my way with #HopeyQnA and I'll answer the good ones.

Thanks to everyone for the support, stay tuned for the video tonight for all the thanks etc.
