My take.

Firstly, I will address my attitude problems, since it has been the bane of my career so far and I will be the first to admit my attitude towards certain things/mistakes needs to be improved heavily on and I have been continuously working towards it but be it a thing of passion its hard to actually control while "in the moment" types of situations but looking back at certain things I do its apparent to me my mistakes and I just have to learn from them as time goes on/ while I grow up as a human.

Now, since it is settled I am not running from my problems with my attitude in a team environment I can also prove with evidence (something apparently lacking with a lot of things around the accusations) that my attitude was not a problem this LAN, since after I talked to (1) of my teammates about me throwing (I will not name who I talked to but I'm sure GX will figure it out) he said this. (https://imgur.com/a/vYocC) pretty much saying that I didn't get mad at all this LAN even after we got eco'd numberous times etc and it also links back up to my online personality saying that I usually WOULD in fact get mad when stupid things like that will cost us a match.

I would be the first to say if after this LAN you guys talked to me about my attitude and said "Hey we decided we wanted to go in a separate direction without you and bring in another player" because of my attitude that would be completely fine by me - warranted. BUT.
You didn't. You guys smiled at me while I left and as soon as I stepped foot out the hotels door you went around to other teams and spread lies about me saying I was throwing the matches completely tarnishing my reputation without merit. And to this day never messaged me on any platform to talk to me about it, instead you got our manager to call me and say that you were trying different people out. Coming from players that have a history of "getting shaded" this is quite hypocritical in my eyes. If you feel I "loosely" interpreted this I will have to show you a segment of our coach's (JamezIRL) stream a couple of days after the event. (If he deletes this clip from his channel I have recorded it myself and will re-upload) https://clips.twitch.tv/VainOnerousPicklesFailFish

It seems weird if I was just playing reckless and dumb you guys would counter that by

1) Never speaking to me about it and saying to play safer etc
2) Tell people at the event that I was throwing the match.
3) Countering my "reckless" play by playing even more reckless by quote "playing 4v6" and pushing on CT side

Now that doesn't sound like a loose - interpretation, that sounds like you completely believed I was playing for the other team.

I am going to end this here and wish you luck the next season with steel because I fully believe he is the the leadership piece that team so desperately needs and I hope you guys start to perform.
