Reasoning about player changes

Our recent change with swapping out KS and bringing Sha77e to the team have a few reasons behind it, to change a player is no small thing for any team no matter how big or small. We have faced a lot more problems in our internal department than people realize and the change of player have nothing to do with the stats of our loss on LAN or any clashes where people dislike eachother.

It is very very simple, we had 0 team synergy left. KS always deliver on the scoreboard, he always have fine stats, unfortunately this game is not about stats, it is about winning, we did not feel comfortable playing with KS anymore. We had a vote with the players of the team and the players agreed on making a roster change to get a player that in our eyes is a lot more dynamic and a lot less reliant on getting told everything that had to be done.

If we would have told KS that we are thinking about changeing players he would shut down completely, we have played for long enough to know the personalities, he would have given up long before this happened. We kept giving chances, we kept telling about the change we needed but it never came, we can not give unlimited amount of chances.

We therefore decide to look around with players, Sha77e isn't the first player we talked to, we have had discussions with other players aswell. Everyone who watch pro league know that Sha77e is the most consistent player with a very similar role as to KS and when we got to know that a deal could be made, Sha77e wanted to join us then we went ahead and did the change.

A team consist of 5 players. Not only one. Everyone need to be happy or it will not work.

TLDR: Synergy was no longer around, players agreed that KS was the issue due to issues with making things happen on his own or a lack of independence. We decided to replace him with what is the most consistent pro player in the scene.
