RE: s0m @s0mcs

Well sam (s0m), I have always treated you with respect and kindness, stood up for you and took way more time than anyone else would have to help you grow as a person and as a player, going as far as begging Fighter to consider playing with you again this upcoming season when he was 99.999% sure that he wanted to move in without you, just to have you spit in my face and disrespect me. I considered you a little brother, and it is with deep regret that I have to post this response to you. However, because you felt the need to direct your anger at Gio (Fighter) at the entire team and shamelessly air the teams drama just because you were heated after you and Fighter's argument the other night, here I am... I'll make it brief.

1.) When players troll and goof around the entire night of practice all season, and it results in them messing up every strat, missing every smoke, and tilting your IGL and all of your other team mates, a toxic atmosphere is inevitable.

2.) You have 0 right to complain about the fact that practices weren't productive. You were a huge contributor to this fact. You were hands down the most forgetful person in the team when it came to remembering your role on strats or setups, and you continually made reoccurring mistakes, despite me spending hours with you outside and inside of practice and made videos of our demos where I literally pointed out your mistakes and told you how to fix them.

3.) If there is one person in the team who had any right to be frustrated and fed up, it was me. I am pretty sure my others players could attest to that fact, and even you know that to be truth.

4.) A winner with an unrivaled passion and drive doesn't need to lose 6 matches before they stop trolling and start trying to actually work on their mistakes, a winner gives 110% from the starting line to the finish line. You are a 15 year old with all the free time in the world, I am a 27 year old in radiography school, a fiance, and bills to pay, and I still put in about 3x as much effort as you did from day 1. You talk a big game about wanting to be the best and go pro, but your actions have yet to reflect it. It took you until past the midway point of the season and about 6 losses to stop trolling in prac and to start actually attempting to learn from your mistakes, but by then it was too late. Don't talk about it, be about it.

5.) You keep trying to make yourself sound better or trying to comfort your newly developed ego by talking about how you benched yourself or left the team. You did not leave or bench yourself, you got benched by Fighter once I gave him team ownership and ultimately he decided he wanted to go a different direction because despite all of your talent, everything negative mentioned above outweighed it. At least tell people the truth, take responsibility for your own actions, lick your wounds and reel in the ego a bit, and draw from this experience and become a better person and a better player.

With all of that off my chest, I wish you luck, and I hope you take what I said and use it to become great. You have the talent, the only thing holding you back now is your attitude and discipline, I genuinely root for you to go on to accomplish greater feats and hope one day you can realize how you handled this poorly and apologize so we can talk again as friends, as brothers.
