Começando de novo/ Starting again
uando eu entrei na Immortals eu não sabia o que esperar. Conhecia apenas o felps ( que eu já tinha tido problemas ), não sabia o que um coach fazia e tínhamos 2 campeonatos em menos de 1 mês.
Em nosso primeiro bootcamp notei que haviam muitos problemas internos pois a comunicação entre o time era quase nula. Na verdade haviam muitas brincadeiras e conversas de cs mas os problemas eram jogados para baixo de um tapete e percebi que ali seria minha primeira missão. Depois de perdermos o primeiro qualify do major ( Julho de 2016 se não me engano ) reuni o time todo numa reunião onde toda a energia para o proximo dia foi renovada e o espírito estava muito mais elevado. Dei minha visão sobre como poderíamos melhorar usando mais nossa mira nas táticas e acabamos vencendo nosso primeiro campeonato , Dreamhack summer 2016. Cara, aquela sensação foi incrível, vencer o lendário NiP numa final em casa e sentir que consegui contribuir mesmo não clicando no mouse, foi aí que me apaixonei pela função de coach.
Por nunca escrever muito e me manter fora dos holofotes, eu poderia fazer um livro falando de tantas coisas que passei mas a estrela do show sempre serão os players e não existe nada de errado com isso. Nunca liguei para os comentários negativos porque ter o agradecimento dos capitães depois de um jogo difícil é o único comentário que eu queria.
Em quase 2 anos de atividade pela Immortals, cumpri a minha missao com a organização que me pediu top3 NA na EPL e classificar para o major ( na verdade acredito que excedemos as expectativas ) e apesar de todos os problemas que aconteceram no meio do ano, todos os players saíram num nível muito superior do que quando comecei a ser coach. Boltz é mais maduro, mais agressivo e foi muito bom trabalhar com ele quando era capitão. Sempre ouvia minha opinião e conseguíamos chegar numa decisão conjunta.
Steel tem a cabeça mais aberta, mira muito mais afiada e toma decisões inteligentíssimas no jogo.
Todos os outros também estão mais fortes psicologicamente e conquistarão muitas coisas ainda.
Eu tive muitos acertos e muitos erros, somos humanos e estamos sujeitos a isso mas aprendi muito com todas as situações que passei com nosso time. Apesar das desavenças com alguns, eu ainda desejo sucesso para todos pois sei o quão duro eles trabalham e merecem.
Sobre nossa última line, nosso plano era um time que estivesse pronto para competir pelo top3 NA no meio de 2018 então não ligamos para todas as críticas que recebemos. Foi pouco tempo mas amei trabalhar com destiny, shz, Zqk e Horvy. Meninos cheio de talento e com tanta vontade de crescer que da vontade de trabalhar 24/7 para alcançar os objetivos.
Ser coach/manager é um trabalho muito mais exaustivo do que a maioria pensa. Todos os dias existiam desafios e sei que os players que trabalharam comigo aprenderam alguma coisa, seja in game ou off game.
A Immortals escolheu seguir outro caminho no momento então estou anunciando que estou livre para propostas. Gostaria de agradecer ao Noah e Nick, por toda paciência que tiveram com nosso time e pelo suporte nesse tempo. Gratidão a todos os fans do mundo,que sempre me trataram com respeito e me deram experiências que me fazem agradecer a Deus a sorte que tive de vivência-lá.
Obrigado também ao dead, por causa dele tive a oportunidade de estar envolvido com o que eu mais amo que é o cs. Você mudou a minha vida e da minha família em um nível que você talvez nunca compreenda de verdade.

When I went into Immortals I did not know what to expect. I knew only, did not know what a coach did and we had 2 championships in less than 1 month.
In our first bootcamp I noticed that there were many internal problems because the communication between the team was almost null. There were actually a lot of pranks and CS chats but the problems were thrown down a rug and I realized that it would be my first assignment there. After losing the first qualify of the major (July 2016 if I'm not mistaken) I gathered the whole team in a meeting where all the energy for the next day was renewed and the spirit was much higher. I gave my vision of how we could improve by using more of our aim in the tactics and ended up winning our first championship, Dreamhack summer 2016. Man, that sensation was incredible, beat the legendary NiP in a final at home and feel that I could contribute even without clicking the mouse, That's when I fell in love with the coaching role.
For never writing too much and keeping myself out of the spotlight, I could make a book talking about so many things I went through but the star of the show will always be the players and there is nothing wrong with that. I never cared about the negative comments because having the captains' thanks after a difficult game is the only comment I wanted.
In almost 2 years of activity by Immortals, I fulfilled my obligation to the organization that asked me to top3 NA in the EPL and qualify for the major (I actually believe we exceeded expectations) and despite all the problems that happened in the middle of the year, all players came out on a much higher level than when I started coaching. Boltz is more mature, more aggressive and it was great to work with him when he was captain. He always listened to my opinion and we were able to reach a decision.
Steel has a more open mind, looks much sharper, and makes clever decisions in the game.
All the others are also stronger psychologically and will conquer many things yet.
had many hits and many errors, we are human and we are subject to this but I have learned a lot from all the situations that I have experienced with our team. Despite the disagreements with some, I still wish success for everyone because I know how hard they work and deserve.
About our last lineup, our plan was a team that was ready to compete for top3 NA in the middle of 2018 so we did not care for all the criticism we received. It was a short time but I loved working with destiny, shz, Zqk and Horvy. Boys full of talent and with so much desire to grow, that would made me work 24/7 to reach the goals if I needed.
Being a coach / manager is a much more exhausting job than most people think. Every day there were challenges and I know that the players who worked with me have learned something, whether in game or off game.
Immortals chose to follow another path at the time so I'm announcing that I'm a free agent. I would like to thank Noah and Nick for all the patience they had with our team and for the support at that time. Gratitude to all the fans of the world, who always treated me with respect and gave me experiences that make me thank God for the luck I had.
Thanks also to the Ricardo “dead” Sinigaglia, because of it I had the opportunity to be involved with what I love the most, CS. You have changed my life and my family on a level that you may never really understand.
