Next Threat Roster Change

I'm excited to announce that my team Next Threat is making another roster change. Excited is the best word that comes to mind because I truly believe this team gives myself the best chance of winning, which is the reason why I returned to competitive Call of Duty in the first place.

Let me start off by saying I'm disappointed that I've had to make two roster changes before the first event of the year. To many it's alarming - and I totally understand that. Let me explain my perspective:

As a player, owner, CEO, and captain, I need to think of this business with putting my team in the best position of winning, plain and simple. The teams that I formed I believed could win, but being around this game for 10 years, I knew we simply could not do that. I've made significant sacrifices such as cutting back on YouTube uploads, investing my own money, and putting in 14 hour days of practice, watching my film, and watching film of other teams not because I need to make a paycheck, but because I want to win. I started as a competitive Call of Duty player making $0 and played because I wanted to be the best in the world. That still holds true to this day.

With that being said, Call of Duty is a team game and all 4 players need to approach the game with the same mindset. The two teams I formed prior to this third (and final) roster did not see the game with that same mindset. I know that Mir and Mochila are talented and capable players, but together we did not click. So instead of going into Dallas with a team I didn't believe could win, I decided to act now. This does not mean that I think these players are not talented, because they are. I just believed together we could not win, which is what should be everyone's main focus. Winning.

The Next Threat roster for MLG Dallas is myself, @Methodz, @Nagafen, @RickyStacy. I wish the best for Mochila and Mir and I'll always be there for those guys. But my priority is my team, and I'll do everything I can to make Next Threat the most successful team.
