AQWORLDS, THE ULTIMATE SCAM SITUATION! IT'S TIME A REAL CHANGE!
So, After years of experiencing this game I decided to add my two-cents to all the other rants out there about the game. This may or may NOT come as a shock to some of you but, Here's the true story...
They DO NOT care about anything you want or the great ideas you have. All the care about is AQ3D currently. AQ3D was always planned to be the new Cash Cow and the new foundation to wish Artix will build their new empire off of. The problem they are having is that too many people are still stuck on AQWorlds. And they refuse to conform by playing AQ3D. (And why should they?)
Anything you the player has to say will always fall on Def Ears. proof is in the severe lack of any real true changes in AQW's gameplay and improved funtionality. The Server rewrite is a Lie. All they are truly "Supposedly" workling on is offering the game on the mobile platform through Steam because flash and all it's dying supports are Dead. They are scurrying like roaches to try to get th9ing prepped for the mobile transition as fast as AE ever actually moves. (you gotta love the constant fake news about how they are improving this and that, but not actually improving a single thing. You gotta love the constant smoke and mirrors approach to us "Stupid" players. Aren't you tired of constantly being led this way? Don't you hate being played for chumps and suckers all the time? Ask yourselves this one key question:
"Does The QW Game Lead truly care about fixing and maintaining AQWorlds? Do they truly care about making things better for us? And if so, why has it taken so many years for them to improve anything? the answer is honestly not all that hard to believe and it should not come as a shock either. "They don't care" they are merely trying to make as much cash off it as possible to fund AQ3D's development further into becoming the NEW AE Gold Standard to which to launch AE's future off of. AQW is Dead, it's time to stop hoping and start accepting the truth.
The truth is AQWorlds is dead. Flash games as a whole are dead. Flash IS DEAD! All major platforms on the net have already phased out flash and Java. AE knows it, which is why nothing is being done to actually improve the AQW gameplay, nor are guilds, Houses, the botting situation, the exploited map glitches or merge shop glitches being fixed. the AQW game lead is perfectly aware of everything. she's no fool. She's just not in any rush at all to fix anything. why should she? She releases new packages every month for suckers to burn their cash on, the 10k AC chests are a permanent thing now. the first two tests were huge successes for AE. and they made crap-tons of money for AQ3D's development. They made new poorly made junk for Heromart for even more money towards AQ3D's development.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I have given up and all attempts to pester alina about anything. truth be told, she does care nor pay attention to twitter, and really doesn't care about replying to Skype messages either. Her excuse is she's too busy. but, Come on, are we all that ignorant at this point in the game? They don't care about the story, they don't care about development, and they sure as hell don't care about improving the game play and improving functionality. Nope, they just care about half-assed art, Frankensteined items, and recolor after recolor after bloody recolor. all because they know they can get away with it, because people will continue to buy them. The brainwashing has been successful. AE has successfully turned most of you into mindless plants that will throw money at anything and everything AE does. it's a shame that AE continues to take advantage of people in this way.
If they truly actually really cared about their fan base and the humans who truly love their games, they'd do everything in their power to improve the game, improve game functionality, improve the writing, improve the Guild functions, fix all the botting issues, the merge shop glitches, the fact you can't view bank items like you can in the inventory, they give us another 150 house item slots. and so much more. things like cross server chatting, or... improving the guild chat. making it so you can summon lower leveled friends to you while temporarily increasing their levels so they can attempt to do the high level quest chains without dying. etc.
But again, I digress... AE doesn't care about you, just the free money you give them for crappy half asses items that actually serve not purpose in their crappy dated dress up game.
Please for the love of your own sanity do the right thing guys, Stop giving AE what they want until they truly start giving us all what we want and what AQWorlds truly needs done to make it a much more better gaming experience.
Boycot the game, stop buying ACs, Stop buying the Packages, and stop giving Heromart your money. Stop partaking in the contests, stop replying to the twitter hype. Treat them as they treat their games. Don't pay them anymore attention.
Do this for literally 1 month solid, And I guarantee you you will see a grant change in attitude, you will see them finally take us as a playerbase much much more seriously. Take your power back friends. You are a good person and you deserve the respect for all you've poured into the game.

Ps. again, take a month Vacation from the game, empty the servers, don't give them another cent, and they will change their tune, I promise you. AQWorlds is our game, it's time to fight for it.
