Réactions sur notre disqualification de Rainbow Six Siege Pro League (FR et ENG)

Bonsoir à tous,
Hier était annoncée par l'ESL la disqualification de la structure beGenius eSport Club de la Pro League Rainbow Six Siege (S3 Y2). Il était important pour nous de revenir sur les conditions de cette disqualification et sur le traitement auquel nous avons eu le droit de la part de l'ESL.
L'ESL a décidé de disqualifier la structure beGenius pour utilisation frauduleuse de macro de l'un de nos joueurs, Shaiiko, lors du match de Pro League contre PENTA Sports (tous les autres points relevés par l’équipe PENTA n’ayant pû être prouvés). Des arguments ont été avancés par ESL grâce au logiciel MOSS mais peu de preuves nous ont été transmises pour les confirmer.
Nous déplorons très fermement le comportement des administrateurs ESL, qui malgré ce manque d'approfondissement et de dialogue sur le protest ont tout simplement mis fin à la saison des beGenius en Pro League en prenant cette décision la veille de notre match capital contre Ares eSport. La structure était au courant du protest mais en moins de 2 heures nous avons dû faire face au résultat du protest et à l'annonce officielle de notre disqualification. L’ESL ne nous a pas laissé le temps de les contacter pour disposer de plus d'informations et surtout pour étudier le peu d'arguments qu'ils nous ont transmis à propos du protest.
Il en va de la pérennité de l'eSport de ne pas prendre ce genre de décisions infondées dans des délais aussi courts et aussi irréversibles, puisque nous parlons ici de compétitions demandant des engagements financiers importants de la part des structures. Ces dernières ne peuvent être éjectées d'une compétition sans préavis et sans dialogue possible sur des cas aussi litigieux.
La structure beGenius étudie actuellement l’unique preuve donnée par l’ESL (une ligne moss) et va effectuer tous les tests possibles pour mettre en évidence la fragilité de cette preuve. Malgré tout notre saison de Pro League s'arrêtera là au vu du match de ce soir entre Millenium et Ares eSport. De plus, Shaiiko ne pourra pas participer à la Paris Games Week puisqu'Ubisoft a décidé de s'aligner avec la décision de l'ESL le concernant (le reste de l'équipe participera néanmoins à la compétition avec un remplaçant).
Nous souhaitons avant tout remercier nos fans qui, malgré cette injustice, continuent de soutenir nos joueurs et de faire confiance à notre structure. Nous vous tiendrons informer le plus rapidement possible de toute évolution sur ce sujet.
Enfin, nous souhaitons réaffirmer que toute forme de triche est en complète opposition avec les valeurs de la structure et que nous ferons tout notre possible pour apporter toute la vérité sur cette affaire. Dans le cas où la structure parviendrait à la même conclusion que l’ESL (utilisation d’une macro), nous nous plierons immédiatement aux sanctions imposées sans plus remettre en cause leur bienfondé.

Hello everybody,
Yesterday, ESL announced the disqualification of beGenius ESC from the Rainbow Six Siege Pro League (S3 Y2). It was important for us to give you our feelings about the conditions of this disqualification and the way the ESL dealt with this issue.
ESL decided to disqualify our line-up for fraudulent use of a Macro from one of our player (All other accusations recorded by PENTA were not proved), Shaiiko, during the Pro League game against PENTA eSport. These arguments were provided by ESL through the software MOSS but only a few proofs were given to confirm that.
We strongly deplore the behavior of the ESL Admin team, who, despite this lack of deepening and dialogue during this protest, took this decision the day before our capital game against Ares eSport. Our team was aware of the protest but in less than 2 hours we had to face the result and the official statement of our disqualification. ESL did not let us the time to contact them to receive more information and, above all, to study the few arguments they have furnished about the protest.
For the sustainability of eSport, it is crucial not to take those decisions on such short delays and evidences, and, above all, not to take immediately some irrevocable decisions, as we are talking about competitions requiring financial commitment from the teams. They can’t be excluded without prior notice and the possibility to have a dialogue regarding such litigious cases.
BeGenius ESC is currently studying the only proof given by the ESL (a MOSS line) and will perform all possible tests to show the fragility of this proof. Despite this, our Pro League season ends immediately due to the match between Millenium and Ares eSport tonight. Moreover, Shaiiko will not take part to the Paris Games Week tournament, since Ubisoft decided to stay in line with the decision of the ESL. Nevertheless, the rest of the team will take part to the tournament with one Sub.
We wish to thank our fans, who despite this injustice, are still supporting our players and are trusting our structure. We will get you updated as soon as possible with any evolution on this topic.
We want to assure you again that any form of cheat is in total opposition with our values and that we will do everything to discover the truth about this case. If the team reaches the same conclusion as the ESL (Macro use), we will immediately comply with the sanctions imposed without further questioning those conclusions.
